Ewinbiz began in 1999 as a consultancy looking at helping people, teams and organisations to Easily Win Business. We quickly discovered that there was a need to help business perform. Our first step was to design a solid discovery process that would help business understand what it was doing at that particular time and where the issues, the enablers and constrainers and leaks in the business were. We then built a robust program aimed at growing the business, teams or individuals. Today we enable business to achieve a boost in sales, process, efficiencies, effectiveness and a cost reduction. 


Our solutions aim to improve bottom line performance by 30-40% or more. A key issue for us is to make this improvement sustainable and not just once off.
